THE VOICE OF TRUTH EPISODE 417 PART 1 - THE PRESENCE OF SATAN IN THE HIERARCHY OF THE CHURCH
MC: Dear Bishops, Priests, religious men and women, and all esteemed viewers and listeners following the Voice of Truth program.
I am Anton Pham Anh Duong, currently residing in the United States. Thanks be to God, today He has appointed me to conduct an interview with 12 members who have been strictly purified by Him over many years, at the House of God the Father – a New Jerusalem, located in Bao Loc city, Vietnam.
He named these 12 people the "12 stones," just like the 12 Apostles of old. God loves humanity and sent His Only Son, Jesus Christ, to become man on earth. During His 40 days and nights of prayer in the wilderness, Jesus was tempted by Satan. However, He obeyed God the Father, accepted all pain and humiliation, and suffered death, and finally triumphed over Satan and conquered death to bring eternal life to humanity through His death and resurrection.
After Jesus ascended to heaven, He admonished His disciples and everyone in the world: "Be watchful, for the demonic horde of Satan will sift you like wheat." And to overcome them, everyone must fast, pray, and obey God the Father everywhere and at all times.
Lucifer is an extremely wicked and cunning demon. He was a brilliant angel, but fell due to pride, wanting to be equal to God. Therefore, he was stripped of all grace by God and expelled from heavenly glory. He returned to oppose God by tempting mankind. He succeeded in tempting Adam and Eve to sin against God and be expelled from the Garden of Eden.
Since then, Satan has sown the seven deadly sins into the hearts of men: pride, avarice, lust, envy, gluttony, wrath, and sloth. These sins have given rise to countless other sins, becoming the root of original sin that everyone is afflicted with, except for Mary – the Immaculate Conception, preserved by God according to the Holy Scriptures.
Therefore, all human beings, from the Pope, Cardinals, Bishops, and Priests down to all people, are dominated by sin caused by Satan. But humanity is truly blessed today, because God the Father Himself has shown mercy and chosen Vietnam, specifically Bao Loc city, to build the House of God the Father, carrying out the work of exorcism and healing for the sick, both spiritually and physically, hoping to save many souls from the captivity of Satan.
God the Father has chosen Thien Thuong, one of the 12 stones, an instrument that God uses to write His word under the influence of the Holy Spirit. Through this, people can understand what they must do and how they must live in daily life to overcome the demonic horde of Satan.
And now, we invite the esteemed viewers and listeners to hear the interview with each stone regarding the practical experiences they have had when confronting the demonic horde of Satan. Please welcome Thien Thuong.
Thien Thuong: Dear Bishops, Priests, Religious men and women, and all esteemed viewers and listeners following the Voice of Truth Channel
Hello, Mr. Duong. Today, God wants me to tell everyone how the devil is currently raging in the bodies of the Bishops and all people.
Dear Your Excellencies the Bishops, I am merely a foolish, humble, and small person before God and everyone. I dare not condemn, nor dare I judge you, because you were chosen by God. My only duty, entrusted to me by God, is to speak the truth, to speak the things that God has allowed me to know about the world of Satan's demons currently raging in the world and heavily infiltrating the bodies of the superiors.
God wants me to speak the truth so that the Satanic demons must lose, and so that they do not fall into their traps and temptations. God wants everyone to believe that the devil is real and very subtle. It is free to roam and tempt within the human body.
Although Jesus Christ defeated Satan and conquered death to bring humanity to eternal life, it is only at the end of God's time of salvation, which is when the Lord makes His Second Coming, that the Satanic demons will cease to roam, tempting the body to steal human souls.
Therefore, before Jesus Christ ascended to heaven, He granted the power to cast out demons to the Apostles, to the 72 disciples, as well as to all who believe in Him; they were all given the grace of exorcism by Him. So where are the demons to cast out? Jesus told His disciples that demons are numerous, and He called on them to be vigilant, because Satan will sift you like wheat. It is always lurking, finding every way possible to tempt the body and steal the souls of God's children.
Satan is a creature created by God, who was God's angel of light, granted great power by Him, initially intended to serve God's work of salvation. But due to the sin of rebellion against God and wanting to be equal to God, wanting humanity to serve it, it resisted the grace that God bestowed upon it.
And after Eve disobeyed God and listened to Satan's instigation, resulting in sin, from then on, humanity committed many sins of disobedience against God. Many people ask: “Where do so many Satans come from?” The Holy Scripture states: When Lucifer rebelled and opposed God, he drew along one third of the other angels. Satan can do many things. They can transform, assume false identities, and seek every trick and action to cling to the human body, tempt people, and cause them to sin and displease God. They will exploit human freedom to tempt people to disobey God, not listen to, and not practice His teachings.
Ask yourself, in this world, is there anyone who has not sinned and displeased God? Except for Mary alone, the Immaculate Conception, all human beings commit sin. So where does sin come from? It is precisely from the temptation of Satan. Satan is free to enter the human body to tempt people to sin and make the soul impure before God.
Who are the Bishops? They are also just ordinary human beings like everyone else. Therefore, they too must endure the temptations of Satan just like others. They exploit their freedom and weakness to enter their bodies and tempt them to sin, displeasing God. God always grants humans freedom, and Satan is also granted freedom by God to tempt humanity.
God only teaches humanity to live in love and forgiveness, while the devil always tempts people toward hatred, envy, and jealousy. God gives humans the freedom to follow God's will or to follow the devil's will. And everyone must fight the devil by living in love and forgiveness. God wants people to love and forgive, while the devil wants people to hate, envy, be jealous, and be unable to forgive those who offend them. And how to demonstrate loyalty to God, because it is not easy to enter the Kingdom of Heaven without undergoing purification, trials, and suffering in this world.
So what does Satan tempt people with, and what is the function of each demon, each sin, within the human body? The answer is that each demon has its own function and duty. Each sin has a specific Satanic demon assigned to it. The demon of pride, the demon of anger, the demon of greed, the demon of passion, the demon of lust, the demon of laziness, the demon of jealousy, the demon of hatred, the demon of division, the demon of avarice, the demon of obsession with status, fame, and authority, and the demon that causes turmoil among souls within the community.
So, the question is, do those types of demons exist among the Bishops? Is there any Bishop who dares to declare before God that in his soul and body he never harbors those vices, never gets angry, never envies, never craves money, material possessions, status, authority, fame, or never shows anger towards his subordinates or his superiors, and never entertains evil thoughts of lust? Only then can that Bishop say that he does not have a demon within him.
If any Bishop dares to affirm before God: “I am a holy and virtuous person because I possess the priestly office and was appointed as a Bishop to govern the flock. Every day I celebrate Mass and partake in the Body and Blood of the Lord, so no demon can enter my body,” if he thinks this way, then that person is being blinded by Satan, being deceived by Satan.
Recall that in the past, Jesus cast out seven demons from Mary Magdalene. Those seven demons are precisely the seven deadly sins: pride, avarice, lust, envy, gluttony, wrath, and sloth. So, the question is, are there demons tempting the Bishops regarding those seven deadly sins within their bodies? These seven types of demons are linked together to jointly tempt and drag souls into sin and displease God.
Even a small sin defiles the soul and will gradually cause them not to fulfill the duties bestowed by God the Father. God casting out a legion of over two thousand demons from a young man shows that demons cling extensively to a person's body. Did anyone know that there was an entire legion of demons inside that young man's body?
God lets people know that demons are very subtle. And when they enter the human body, they take many different forms. There are types of demons that manifest in horrific shapes on the human body, but there are also types of demons that hide inside the human body, disguising themselves as normal people. And there are also types of demons that, upon entering the body, cause the body pain that no medicine can cure.
These are just a few images that God teaches humanity about the invisible world, about a world of Satan's demons when they enter the human body, and it is not only those in whom Satan's demons reveal their true form and manifest externally who have demons within them. If anyone thinks this way, that person is being deceived, listening to Satan's instigations to say: “I do not have a demon.”
If anyone believes that they do not have a demon in their body, they should look back and recall that the purpose of Jesus Christ coming into the world was to fight Satan's demons, to drive them out of human souls and bodies. And before the Lord ascended to heaven, He also granted the power of exorcism to humanity. So, if there were no demons in people, why would the Lord grant the power of exorcism to the Apostles, to the 72 disciples, and to all who believe in Him?
God reveals that Satan's demons are very subtle, and in the world today, they are rampant, tempting and capturing many souls away from God. And their success is whispering into people's ears: “I do not have a demon within me.” Even some Bishops and priests proudly claim: “I am chosen by God, protected by God, so I do not have a demon within me.” So, is there anyone among them who never has to go to confession? If they do, it is because they have sinned. So, the question is, where did that sin come from? Did Satan's demons enter their bodies and tempt them to commit sin?
Look at the image of the saints of old. They always lived holy and humble lives, yet they were still entered by Satan's demons into their bodies to tempt them and inflict pain upon their flesh. How much more so for the successors of God; the demons will not spare them either. The more work one does for God, the harder Satan's demons strike, because if the leader fails at their hands, they will drag many other souls along with them.
Therefore, today, God wants me to speak the truth about the world of Satan's demons raging and tempting right within the bodies of the Bishops themselves. I ask that you be vigilant, do not fall into the trap and temptation of Satan and commit sins that displease God. They will tempt you with many things so that you cannot fulfill your duty as a shepherd, a good pastor of God. They will tempt you with a passion for wealth to build physical infrastructure, forgetting the life of prayer, forgetting your essential pastoral work of saving sinful souls to return to God. They will tempt you to be busy with many other tasks, forgetting the work of driving out Satan's demons who are imprisoning souls.
And a great success of Satan's demons in the world and in the Church today is making the Bishops forget an important pastoral duty: the exorcism of the sick and sinners. Jesus knew that no one could escape Satan's captivity without God's help. Therefore, before ascending to heaven, He entrusted the power of exorcism to the Apostles and their successors. But I ask, are the Bishops today truly carrying out the mission He entrusted to them?
Exorcism is a very important mission, related to souls, because Satan's demons are infiltrating and tempting human bodies, with the primary goal of stealing souls alone. So when the Bishops do not use the grace granted by God the Father, which is exorcism, how many sinful souls fall into the hands of Satan's demons every day, every hour.
Look at the world today: sin is rampant—murder, war, theft, abortion, incest, so many sins. Where does this come from? It is caused by Satan's demons themselves. Therefore, for people to stop sinning, Satan's demons must be driven out of the human body. That is the primary pastoral work that God wants you to carry out.
God reveals that it is normal for Satan's demons to cling to and hide within the bodies of people or within the Bishops. Do not fear them, because they are only in your bodies to tempt and await their opportunity. Therefore, when you act according to God's command, they will have to retreat from you.
Satan's demons always live in concealment, because they do not want to be brought to light, nor do they want people to recognize their presence in the human body. Because when we know they are in the body, we must find every way to drive them out, so as not to fall into their traps anymore.
Therefore, God wants the Bishops not to be afraid to acknowledge that they have demons within them. Instead, look straight at the truth, look straight into the illuminating light of God, to bring Satan's demons into the light and eliminate them from your bodies, by correctly executing God's command so that Satan's demons will be defeated. This is also to help the many other souls who are being clung to in their bodies by relying on the strength and power of God and the unity of those chosen by God to drive Satan's demons out of the bodies and souls of those who are being controlled by them and acting according to their deeds.
My sharing is complete. I thank Your Excellencies the Bishops and all of you for listening to my sharing. I also wish to apologize to all the Bishops if, in obeying God to speak the truth and bring to light the dark deeds of Satan's demons, I have offended Your Excellencies. I earnestly ask Your Excellencies to graciously forgive me and all my brothers and sisters. May God and Mother Mary always accompany Your Excellencies. Thanks be to God. I bid farewell to Mr. Duong.
MC: Thank you, Thien Thuong, for your sharing in today's interview. I now invite Father Dominic.
Father Dominic: Hello, Mr. Duong. Dear Bishops, Priests, Religious male and female, dear lay brothers and sisters, and esteemed viewers and listeners following The Voice of Truth Channel. Today, God wants me to speak about a reality concerning myself, which I have personally witnessed, heard, and directly encountered since the beginning of November 2020, starting from when I came to live at this House of God the Father. That is the experience of the presence of the devil in my body.
Before delving into the topic, I would like to redefine the phrase “devil in the body.” This issue often leads to many misunderstandings and misinterpretations regarding the problem of “where do so many devils come from.” First, I would like to re-explain the two concepts of “quỷ nhập” (demonic possession) and “quỷ ám” (demonic oppression) according to Vietnamese culture. I wish to clarify the meaning of the terminology used in this sharing.
Demonic possession (“Quỷ nhập”) is when the devil has completely controlled a person, allowing it to perform many unusual and extraordinary actions and behaviors. For example, a 9-year-old child, weighing only about 16 kilograms, can easily toss aside four young men capable of carrying hundreds of kilograms, with just a slight push. These cases are commonly referred to as demonic possession. In reality, the case of demonic possession is different from the case of demonic oppression. When this type of possession is cured or the devil has left the body, the victim has no knowledge or memory of what they thought, said, or did. This type of possession also has two categories: long-term possession and periodic possession. Long-term possession is when the victim lives in a continuous state of abnormality. There are also cases of periodic possession. Periodic possession is the specific case here, where sometimes God allows the devil to enter a body, especially in this era, when God uses the devil to speak the words God wants the devil to say. These cases are called possession by period and by moment, and only when God allows the entry does the devil enter, complete its task, and then is released. It is similar to the case of long-term possession in that they will not remember what they said or know what they did.
The second is the case commonly referred to as demonic oppression (“quỷ ám”). Demonic oppression, if we explain it in the simplest way, refers to the urges and temptations that cause people to sin. This, as we see, is unimaginable, because the devil is an invisible being. One might think the urging comes from the outside, but no, we see that the urging comes from within the mind, so it must be said that it is inside, it is present within our person. Therefore, the word “presence” here carries that meaning. This is why I need to distinguish the case of demonic oppression. But today, through this matter, I want to prove one thing: that both cases, whether demonic possession (“quỷ nhập”) or demonic oppression (“quỷ ám”), demonstrate the existence of the devil within the human body, and not just the case of demonic possession as commonly understood by people.
So, regarding my issue, generally speaking, since coming to live here, God has let me know that there are many types and names of devils inside me, and they are very diverse. Especially the devil of pride, or the devil of arrogance. Therefore, it can be said that throughout the nearly two years I have been here, God seems to have reminded me of only one thing: I must humble myself more, I must be more modest. Specifically, how is this manifested? The manifestation is often disregarding the suggestions of others. There are also times when meeting people to express opinions but then disregarding them, or even, for example, a manifestation where I interrupt the person I am talking to when I feel what they are saying does not align with my views, so I spontaneously cut them off. Furthermore, if I see something done incorrectly according to my views, I might frown, or roll my eyes, or become strict, or speak loudly. All of those are the effects of the devil.
And in this pride, even though I am aware of it, I still enjoy it when someone praises or glorifies me. Even though I know it shouldn't be like that, I still enjoy it. But I get annoyed when someone disrespects or criticizes me. This applies even to seating arrangements. And what do I want? I want everyone who comes to greet me. Therefore, I want work and everything else to happen exactly as I wish, and when that doesn't happen, I get annoyed. All these things are issues caused by the devil/demons.
Allow me to summarize briefly. As shared previously in video 408 - part 3, Bishop Dominic shared that he had to atone in purgatory for 46 years also because of these issues. He was satisfied with his governance of the diocese; he saw everything running smoothly and well, and everyone saw his diocese as good. He saw everything as good, believing that what he did was very good and very correct. But he also stated the reason why he suffered this fate. He did not even want to listen to the suggestions of other priests. He felt that everything he did was correct, and he did not need to listen to anyone. That is the problem. That is a type of demon within me
The second demon in me is a type of demon that is quite strong within me. That is the demon of fire, meaning the demon of quick temper. This means that when I see something displeasing, I usually scold or yell immediately. Sometimes, for example, I just glare fiercely. Later, the demon uses that very word to remind me, "watch out for that man, he will glare" meaning be careful. All these things are called the demon of fire, quick temper. This one is very strong; just a slight flare-up of temper, and the demon announces that an entire host has entered me.
I have another demon, which calls itself the demon of deafness. Truly, to be more accurate, it is not the demon of deafness, as a deaf person hears nothing at all. But now my ear does not hear clearly, so I will use the word dull of hearing, meaning not hearing clearly. Therefore, often I do not hear clearly what others are saying, but because the demon of fire is within me, I react immediately after hearing. And reacting that way often leads to mistakes, being wrong about what is actually happening. Therefore, that is also an existing problem within me. The issue of hearing seems simple, "seven demons" – when we hear of the seven demons, perhaps for us here, this term is very familiar. That is the demon of the seven deadly sins. And since they are the seven deadly sins, they include the sin of pride, the sin of gluttony, and so on. There are many types. Therefore, when they enter a person, they tempt that person very frequently. To be specific, there is no one who does not have these seven demons present within them. Those are the demons of the seven deadly sins, and thus there are many types.
However, since I came here, what is the most specific thing I have noticed? God still reminds me to be more humble and more self-effacing. I must also state that, for myself, because I am aware of the many demons within me, I still have to expel them daily, and still have to rely on other brothers and sisters to cast the demons out of me. It is not easy at all for those who help pull the demons out of me. Those brothers and sisters also suffer immense pain. I myself do not feel the pain caused by those demons when they act upon me.
While I'm at it, God also wants me to share this. I have no other intention than for God to speak up to warn everyone to be vigilant against the temptation of the devil. Because the devil resides in darkness. Therefore, if we do not drag it out into the light, we cannot cast it out. That is why this matter has absolutely no other intention than for God to remind us that: the devil is inside everyone. Because we know that even Jesus, the devil did not spare; it still tempted Him, it knew He was God, yet it still tempted Him. Therefore, it spares no one.
I want to state that point, and I ask to preface it this way, so that no one thinks I am trying to imply any specific Bishop. I ask all the clergy to be understanding toward me. Everyone knows that in Catholicism, the formation of the clergy is quite thorough. Especially to be elevated to the office of bishop, one must be a good person to be chosen and called by God into His work in the sacred ministry of the priesthood and then the sacred ministry of the episcopate, to carry out the mission of the apostles of old.
Therefore, the Bishops are those whom God has granted the special graces that God once granted to the apostles. Specifically, three special graces: preaching, healing, and casting out demons. However, the devil exploits the weakness of the human body to undermine the work of God. That is, it distorts God's intention for the Bishops and priests, who are meant to be good shepherds. A good shepherd, as the Lord desires, is one who has a heart that is moved by compassion for his flock. This means working together to build up their flock to live the spirit that God desires under the influence of the Holy Spirit, which is building a community that knows how to live loving God above all things and loving their neighbors as themselves.
So, to illustrate this, God uses images from the Gospel, the shepherd going to seek the lost sheep. When there is a lost sheep, have the Priests and the Reverend Bishops truly made the effort to seek the lost sheep within their flock and bring them back to the fold? Meanwhile, the Vietnamese faithful hold the Reverend Bishops in great respect. Therefore, the devil often tempts the Reverend Bishops with the lust for power, the lust for office, and fame. Once the Bishop has spoken, obedience is mandatory, and they may even use the Word of Scripture to affirm this: “Whoever obeys the Bishop obeys God,” and whoever disobeys the Bishop commits a grave sin.
Of course, that is also what God once said to the apostles: “Whoever listens to you listens to me, and whoever listens to me listens to my Father.” But it is precisely because of this that temptation in this regard is very easy. Certainly, the Bishops, as well as ordinary Priests, still observe the rule of confession at least monthly, once a month. But, Reverend Bishops, Reverend Priests, where does that sin come from? It comes from the devil within us pushing us to do things that are displeasing to God, pushing us to commit sin. Surely our own soul doesn't push us? Surely our guardian angels don't push us?
Therefore, when you realize you still have sin, and you still go to confession, you must recognize that there is a demon inside you. And thus, we no longer have to wonder “where so many demons come from.” Regarding temptation, surely we see that no pen can fully describe all those impulses. Thus, the important issue when referring to the term “exorcism” here is the act of dragging those demons out. They are in the darkness; now drag them out. They are lurking inside us. They are there; it's not that they enter and immediately make us sin. They stay for a very long time, sometimes decades, just waiting for an opportunity to lead us to commit sin.
Through this issue, I see this is the point I want to share here today, to affirm the issue of the presence of evil spirits within the human body.
And if that is the case, the number of demons must be very large. What God desires for everyone is that we must find a way to cast those demons out. Specifically, we see that people, even the Bishops, sometimes lose their temper, sometimes act unjustly, and sometimes perform deeds that are not entirely according to God's will. Therefore, what God earnestly calls for is that we must strive to look at the model of the shepherd as God desires: “Learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart.”
Therefore, do not rely too much on human intellect and will when judging. Do not let your position and reputation cause you to forget compassion for your children (the faithful). Do not overemphasize your own views and fail to listen to the pleas and supplications of your children (the faithful).
Allow me to raise this question: I wonder if the Bishops ever realize that failing to use the gifts God has bestowed to serve the community is a sin? I would like to specifically mention the three special graces that God granted to the apostles, whose successors the Bishops are today. So, do the Bishops in the dioceses use the two graces God granted—healing and casting out demons—for their flock? And do the Bishops ever consider that their failure to perform this work is a sin?
Well, concerning this matter, surely the Bishops and Priests all know the definition of sin, so I dare not discuss it. I only wish to raise a question like that. In summary, I came here to speak the things God wants me to speak, just as God Himself is training me here. Having lived here for nearly 2 years, as I mentioned, God only reminds me of that one thing: “Learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart.”
Yes, I hear this daily, weekly. But up to this moment, I still feel I haven't made much progress. I ask everyone to kindly pray for me, so that I may live according to what God desires for me here, and strive each day to live more humbly and self-effacingly.
I thank the esteemed Bishops, Priests, Religious male and female, dear brothers and sisters, and esteemed viewers and listeners following this broadcast. Please pray for me. I bid you farewell and greetings.
MC: Thank you, Father for sharing your words in today's interview. I invite Father Martino.
Hello, Mr. Duong, and all the esteemed viewers and listeners following today's interview on the program “The Voice of Truth.” Obeying God's word, today I call upon the Bishops to be vigilant and recognize that the presence of evil spirits within them is real. Evil spirits constantly seek to attack the Church by tempting them to live far from the spirit of the Gospel. They tempt them to stray from the image of the benevolent shepherd, who always listens to and cares for the flock entrusted to them by Christ.
When speaking about the world of evil spirits, some people believe, and some do not. Those who do not believe do so because evil spirits belong to the invisible world, cannot be seen with the eyes, and their existence cannot be verified. Conversely, there are those who believe in the existence of evil spirits, but they assume that the number of people possessed or afflicted by demons is very small, so they pay no attention. There are those who believe in evil spirits but do not believe that the presence of evil spirits exists within themselves.
Generally, demons are very successful in hiding their presence among people, allowing them to continue manipulating by tempting humans, causing division among them, and ultimately seizing souls for themselves. Based on the Holy Scripture, we know that demons are invisible dark forces rampant in this world. Without God's protection, we would perish at the hands of the devil. We humans are nothing compared to the devil. The story of Job shows that the devil can cause war, conflict, death, suffering, and illness.
Jesus tells us the power of the devil: “Satan has asked to sift all of you as wheat” (Lk 22:31). To fight the devil, Saint Peter, based on his own experience, advises everyone to live humbly, soberly, and vigilantly, because “your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour” (1 Pt 5:8).
Typically, people distinguish between two cases: demonic possession and demonic oppression. Demonic possession is when the devil resides within a person, completely controlling and dominating them. Demonic oppression is when the devil clings to a person, influencing their thoughts and actions, inciting them to do wrong and tempting them to sin.
At the House of God the Father, God teaches that demons are in everyone, without exception. Demons are as numerous as dust; they are everywhere. Recognizing the presence of demons in a person is based on that person's inability to control their thoughts, actions, and words. Specifically, those who use stimulants such as alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or have vices like a passion for gambling or lust. Although these people look normal, the devil has secretly controlled them, making them dependent and enslaved to these stimulants; they cannot control themselves. Furthermore, demons are also present in those who live far from God's commandment of love. These are people who crave wealth, fame, abuse authority, live selfishly, and are arrogant. As for myself, I always believe that the devil is within me. God always reminds me to be humble and to humble myself even more. I must spend more time praying to God and to Mother Mary. During work sessions on Zoom, when I see some brothers and sisters working slightly differently from others, I often have judgmental thoughts and lack tolerance towards them. I need to fight the demon of arrogance within me by living humbly and humbling myself even more. The devil also tempts me, causing me to spend a lot of time watching online videos instead of using that time to pray to the Lord and to Mother Mary. Every time I finish watching, I often feel remorse because I haven't spent enough time with God. I feel that I have saddened God when I watch online videos. I have promised God many times not to waste time watching those videos anymore, but the images, titles, and headlines attract and tempt me, making me want to watch them. I believe the demon within me caused me to do this. They tempt me so that I do not live pleasing to God. In summary, the demon within me is real. Based on what the Bible teaches and God's guidance, demons are in everyone. They constantly tempt people to sin, displease God, and subsequently seize their souls. The greater the role in leading others to live pleasing to God, the more one is attacked and tempted by the devil. This is why demons are heavily present in Bishops, because Bishops are entrusted by God with the important responsibility of guiding the flock. They will not let go and relentlessly tempt them, tempting them to be arrogant, to become irritable and annoyed, and to crave wealth and fame. Because if a spiritual leader sins and succumbs to the devil, the devil will succeed in seizing many other souls. A lay person who sins will affect some other lay people. A priest who sins can affect an entire parish. A Bishop who sins affects the entire diocese under his care, and even beyond. They will cause division, scattering the sheep to seize their souls. Therefore, the Church always calls on everyone to pray intensely for the Bishops, priests, and religious men and women, so that God may bless and protect them. It can be said that the Church today in general, and the Catholic Church in Vietnam in particular, has not yet recognized the power of the devil interwoven within the Church. Bishops do not acknowledge the devil within themselves, tempting them to do things that displease God. There are Bishops who are quick-tempered, arrogant, and disregard the input of the laity. The image of some Bishops is gradually losing the gentle and humble identity that Jesus Christ calls for: “Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart” (Mt 11:29).
There is a story like this: A Sister was discussing the matter of the House of God the Father with a Bishop. In his sermon, the Bishop used many ways to harshly insult and criticize the Sister. His sermon sharing the Word of God became an indictment. He used his authority to force the Sister to do this and that. This Bishop appeared very frustrated when he could not persuade the Sister to change her conviction about the House of God the Father. The Bishop became agitated, slammed the table, yelled, and refused to listen when the Sister asked to present her conviction.
Two people shared with me about two Vietnamese Bishops. When asked about exorcism, when these people requested the Bishops to perform an exorcism, both Bishops confirmed that they had performed exorcisms before. However, when asked to perform an exorcism, the Bishops refused, stating that in order to cast out demons, the Bishops needed to fast and pray to be able to do this work. Normally, the Bishops do not fast, so when the matter of exorcism comes up, the Bishops refuse. Therefore, suppose a person possessed by a demon comes to a certain Bishop, two scenarios might occur. First, the Bishop refuses the exorcism because he has not fasted yet. Second, the Bishop schedules a follow-up appointment so that he can fast before performing the exorcism. This would cause a delay, and when the possessed person is severely tormented, the Bishops will not be able to help immediately at that moment. If the two scenarios above are true in reality for other Bishops, then it can be said that the Bishops are not fulfilling the responsibility of the shepherd of the flock. The protector of the flock is the one who must always be ready to sacrifice his life to protect the lives of his flock.
Therefore, I call upon Your Excellencies the Bishops to reconsider your role when chosen by God as representatives of Christ, disciples of God, to perform three tasks: proclaiming the Gospel, healing, and casting out demons (exorcism). So the question arises: If the Bishops fast and pray every day, reaching a level where they can perform exorcisms immediately, why do the Bishops not do so? Fasting and praying to cast out demons for the faithful is a good deed, why do the Bishops not practice it? When the Bishops cannot help perform exorcisms because they have not fasted and prayed, should the role and responsibility entrusted to the Bishops by God be considered unfulfilled?
Those are the ideas I wish to share with you, Brother, and all the esteemed listeners. I hope that Your Excellencies the Bishops will listen and recognize the importance of fasting and prayer in protecting the flock. When every sheep is controlled or harassed by demons, the Bishops should always be ready to fast, pray, and live pleasing to God. Then, when the afflicted person comes, controlled by demons, the Bishops can help immediately, without delay. I hope that the Bishops will heed these matters. I bid farewell to you, Brother, and to the esteemed listeners.
MC: Thank you, Father for sharing his words in today's interview. I invite Father Paul.
Father Paul: Hello, Brother Duong. I respectfully greet Your Excellencies the Bishops, Fathers, religious men and women, and all esteemed listeners. I would like to share about the demonic possession within me. Being possessed or having demons inside was something I was completely unaware of before coming to the House of God the Father. But since learning about the House of God the Father, I have come to understand that they can freely enter anyone. I myself am concrete proof. On August 23, 2019, when I came to the House of God the Father and the demons were cast out, I realized that I had the demon of evil forces and the demon of lust inside me. When the demon was dragged out and forced to reveal its name, before leaving, it threw a sentence back at me: "Who told you to come here? You will face my wrath when you return to Taiwan."
I would like to share that the demon is within my very body. This type of demon is dangerous because it controls a person both physically and spiritually. On the outside, I appear completely normal; no one knows that I am possessed by a demon. But in reality, demons possess and cling to me extensively. The brothers and sisters in God the Father's house who helped me cast out the demons suffered terribly because they were all high-ranking demons (demon generals, the demon corps, royal spirit demons). I would like to specifically name the three types of demons I have to fight against every day, every hour, every minute: the demon of malice, the demon of lust, and the demon of hypocrisy.
The demon of malice torments my body. They cause pain in my joints, hurting so much that I am left crawling. When I lie down to rest, they lift both my legs up and slam them down hard, or they contract my legs and stretch them out forcefully. When stretched like that, my tendons and bones feel strained to the maximum extent. When I pray, they grab my head and shake it extremely hard and fast, wrench my hips sideways, bending my whole body, and grind both my knees into the ground. They torment me fiercely on the days and weeks when God the Father instructs us to eat rice with salt and pray.
It is also very strange that when I pray the Rosary, meditating on the Joyful Mysteries and the Sorrowful Mysteries, they become extremely aggressive and ferocious. Just yesterday, October 5th, and today, October 6th, 2022, as I started writing this account, my ankle suddenly swelled up significantly. As soon as I sat down at the table, my upper thigh cramped up. I had to place my leg straight up on the table; if I lowered it, the cramp would return, but if I didn't lower it, I couldn't write the account.
Regarding the demon of lust, they identify themselves as Incubus and Succubus. They act through the five senses and the subconscious. Most often, they tempt me through sight. For example, once when I was helping a female patient, her body suddenly became attractive, full of vitality, and her underwear was entirely bright pink. When the demon was cast out, it said that they made me see it that way. Another time, while helping a 17-year-old girl, she covered her lower body with a blanket. When the girl moved, the blanket fell to one side, making her look unclothed. The next day, the same thing happened: the blanket fell off, exposing her entire body, and the exposure lasted longer. Due to sensitivity, I dared not tell her family directly, but only explained to an acquaintance of the girl's family so they could relay why I could no longer help. I asked Father Martino and the brothers and sisters in America to help this girl, as I did not dare to continue. The Real Word of God through the hand of Thien Thuong says that I should not help women alone, because the demon of lust would tempt me. This is also what Stephen Rossetti once said: an exorcist should not help women alone.
The demon of lust tempts through the subconscious during sleep, when one is no longer in control of oneself. This is an opportunity for the demon of lust to operate. Previously, I only understood the explanation according to Oriental Medicine: when a person dreams of intimate relations during sleep, it is called nocturnal emission, a condition caused by excessive body heat, treated by consuming cooling foods to lower the temperature. But through the sharing of the sisters in the Voice of Truth and my own experience, I understand that this is entirely caused by the demon of lust.
One time at night, it was as if someone lifted me up and took me to the restroom. While urinating, I discovered very strange sexual physiological reactions within my body. I immediately left the restroom. The next day, when the demon was cast out, it said that it was responsible for that action. It pointed to the brothers and sisters who were casting out the demons for me and said: “It is because I encountered the Priest; if I had encountered this lot, they would be dead meat at my hands” While sleeping, a figure emerged from within me and pressed its face close to mine. When that happened, I immediately and continuously called out to the Blessed Mother: “O Mary Conceived Without Sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.” As I prayed that way, the figure slowly vanished. But before leaving, my leg contracted, then stretched straight out and slammed hard onto the ground.
The demons of lust, I think, are not only within me, but they are in everyone. Anyone who is human is invaded by them uninvited. On March 10, 2021, the demon told me: “God the Father wants you to let us out, because there are so many of us inside you tempting you to sin, tempting you regarding the virtue of chastity. We really like tempting priests and religious regarding the virtue of chastity, because that makes it easiest for us to take the souls of priests and religious. God the Father forced me to tell you this, so that you must be vigilant and pray to God and the Mother Mary, to keep you safe from our schemes.”
Today, we see too many scandals in the Church related to sexual issues, especially among the hierarchy. But we often subjectively assume that those prejudiced against the Church have brought up the scandals of the clergy to smear the Church's holiness. However, we are not humble enough to acknowledge that the Church's holiness has been smeared by the very lifestyle of extravagance, distance from God, negligence in prayer, lack of a life united with God, focusing only on enjoyment and forgetting the life of poverty, leading to serious violations of chastity. Due to the lack of God's grace, they have been possessed and controlled by demons.
In 2021, within just one month, Viet Catholic News reported on two bishops who brought shame upon the Church. On August 22, Viet Catholic News reported that the Brazilian Bishops' Conference announced the case of Bishop Tome Ferreira da Silva, who brought shame upon the Church. This prelate sinned with a person of the same sex via mobile phone, and even more shamefully, he stated that he would seek a lawyer and report to the police those who had posted the clip online, showing no remorse whatsoever for his actions. On September 29, 2021, in Exorcism Diary No. 155, Stephen Rossetti stated that the Spanish Bishop Xavier Novell was possessed by a demon, abandoned his flock to live with a woman who writes erotic fiction and worships Satan.
I believe that the Church in Vietnam is part of the universal Church. If one day the respect of the faithful for the clergy decreases, and they no longer fear threats of punishment, there will also be many scandals involving bishops and priests brought into the public eye. Regarding the demon of hypocrisy specifically, it is the one that paves the way for other types of demons to enter easily. The demon of hypocrisy exploits the graces God grants a person to tempt them, or exploits the outward appearance of each person to tempt them.
For example, God granted me beautiful skin, a gentle face, a soft voice, and gentle manners, which makes me even more attractive when talking to the opposite sex. When talking, the women always complimented me, saying: "I like looking at your face, Father," "I wish I had skin like yours, Father." So I liked it, I became complacent, and looked down on brothers who had less attractive appearances than mine. When talking on the phone, I was often complimented: "Your voice is warm, I enjoy talking to you, Father," and they didn't want to hang up. From then on, I started enjoying phone calls and gradually fell into emotional affairs.
Last October, I went to assist a Father in the mountainous region. The cook and the secretary always said they felt comfortable working with me. I was not quick-tempered like the Parish Priest, which stressed them out. The secretary began complaining about the Parish Priest. The demons of hypocrisy made me arrogant, thinking I was better than the Parish Priest. I was deceived by it because I did not obey God the Father. God the Father had reminded me to stay away, not to treat the cook and the women at the church softly or sweetly. Therefore, I lost to the demon of hypocrisy, losing the grace of humility and self-abasement that God had granted me.
Besides sensing the demon within myself, God also allows me to perceive how the world of Satan's demons enters the human body. When working to help patients, I can sense who has a demon inside them, how the demon of addiction reacts, and how the demon of pride and arrogance manifests. If the Bishops and Priests believe they do not have a demon, I ask for permission to cast the demon out for them. I guarantee that if I am permitted, I can also sense that the Bishops definitely have demons.
I have not received the grace to see what demons look like, but I have received the grace to recognize who has a demon and how the demon reacts. Generally, I feel that the Vietnamese clergy always have a negative view of demonic possession. Anyone who is possessed is considered to have a poor spiritual life. Regarding religious, people believe they certainly cannot be possessed because they live a consecrated life, are with God daily, and receive God daily, so how could they be possessed? However, Father Gabriel Amorth said that possession helps us become saints if we do not yield to its temptations. But if we yield to its temptations and follow them, then we belong to it.
In the talk by Father Joseph Nguyen Tam Thuong about demonic oppression - exorcism and evil spirits, published on YouTube on October 12, 2021, Father used the image of thieves hiding in the corners of a garage to describe the types of demons such as the demon of pride, the demon of lust, and the demon of jealousy residing in our bodies, which everyone has. And we need to cast them out by exorcising them in the name of God.
Demonic oppression (quỷ ám) is even more frightening than possession (quỷ nhập). With possession, we immediately know it is the demon, but with oppression, we do not know. It can lead us to wicked actions, adultery, hatred, fornication, deceit, and living in sin. Therefore, through sharing about the demon within me, I also feel that this is a warning to the bishops that they also need to cast out the demon, because the demon causes us to lose peace and makes us angry. No one can guarantee that they do not have a demon inside. If a certain Bishop is not angry, if a certain person does not entertain thoughts related to the Sixth Commandment, then that person is a saint. But if they still think about the Sixth Commandment, if they are still angry, then they certainly have a demon inside them. It is residing within us, and we need to cast it out.
If the demon can be cast out, we will certainly be good shepherds, enthusiastically caring for our flock, and ensuring our sheep live in safety under the care of a good shepherd. I conclude my remarks. I thank the Venerable Bishops, Fathers, religious men and women, and laity who listened to my sharing about the demon within me. I also thank Mr. Duong for interviewing me today. I bid farewell to everyone.
MC: Thank you, Father, for sharing your words in today's interview. I would like to invite Father Peter.
Father Peter: Hello, Mr. Duong, thank you for taking the time so that the brothers in the House of God, the 12 Stones, have the opportunity to speak to the esteemed audience worldwide. I respectfully greet the esteemed audience.
Today, I have the opportunity to present another topic, speaking about the love of God and the destructive danger of the devil today. And in this talk, I would like to present how the devil is ravaging my body and causing me much pain and sickness. Even though I consulted five specialist doctors in Western medicine, Eastern medicine, they all declared that my illness was beyond their professional capacity. Currently, no medicine can be found on the market.
In such a dangerous situation, I had to endure pain and suffering alone, unable to confide in or share with anyone. Seeing the progress of human technology and modern medicine, yet finding no hope for my condition, I later found a supernatural source: the House of God the Father. It was there that I truly experienced God intervening and helping me. And God also wants to convey a message to the world today about the truth that demons are still causing trouble.
One day, I had an appointment to meet Father Dominic Nguyen Chu Truyen. We met online. He invited those who work with him to pray for healing. Strangely, while he was laying hands and praying, the people around received the grace to discern demons. They pulled the demons out of me. I was very surprised, thinking: "How is it that there are so many demons? I didn't know they were inside me like this.” When the demons came out, they writhed, screamed, cried, and were extremely terrified.
Father Dominic asked: “Where do you come from? What are you doing inside Father Peter?” They replied that they had been inside me for many years and months. Their goal was to capture my soul. Their goal was to forbid me from speaking, because if I spoke, they would lose many souls who listened to my words. Then it paralyzed my hand, because if I wrote sermons or anything else, they would also lose a number of souls. That is why they caused disruption.
Father Dominic continued to cast out demons for me. I thought that one session would be enough, but unexpectedly, it lasted for a whole week, wave after wave, different types of demons: Lucifer, Dracula, then Beelzebub, the general of demons, then the troops, then bears—all kinds were present. I thought: “How terrifying is this? If this is true, how can I still be alive?” But they are very cunning; they hide inside the person, disguise themselves, and slowly lull one to sleep so that when one forgets God, the soul is lost. That is their purpose.
Then Father Dominic asked: “Why haven't you captured Father Peter's soul?” The demon then said: “This Father has the protection of Mother Mary. This Father venerates Archangel Michael, so the Archangels and God protect him.” That is why it tried to capture him many times but failed.
Reflecting on it, I realized that was true. Because there were times when I was driving, I almost hit other vehicles. I really enjoy driving, but during the time I was being attacked by demons, I suffered from shortness of breath in the middle of the road. Thus, accidents were likely to happen. Another time, when I was walking and crossing the street, it choked me in the middle of the road, making me unable to breathe. I thought a car would hit me and I would die in the street. There were times when I was taking the train, waiting to buy a ticket and waiting for the train to leave the station, when it also choked me and intended to push me onto the tracks to be run over. I was conscious of that. And I believe that the words spoken by the demons are not fantasy but reality.
Today, demons are rampant in human bodies and cause all sorts of incurable diseases. The Bible also shows that demons are numerous and that demons causing sickness in people is real. Saint Luke also says that Jesus was a person who prayed every morning upon waking up. He went to a solitary place and prayed. While praying, He saw Satan fall from heaven like fire to destroy the world.
When Saint Mark wrote the Gospel, in the first chapter he introduced and established that humanity is being controlled by the devil/demons. This is proven by the fact that even inside the synagogue, the place of worship, demons entered to cause destruction. Jesus saw the demon and He cast out the demon right there in the synagogue. During the times of exorcism, He always linked it: “Your sins are forgiven.” He said the same thing while healing the sick. Thus, both sickness and sin are caused by the devil/demons entering to cause destruction.
One of the images that I admire the most is when Pope Francis knelt down to confess publicly and asked a priest in the confessional, who was subordinate to him, to forgive his sins. An Italian newspaper published that image on March 30, 2014. I saw that the Pope is a person of authority, certainly he has more authority than all the bishops, yet he still knelt down to confess his sins. Precisely for that reason, God granted him grace and saved many souls.
Perhaps in this current civilized era, people no longer believe that the devil exist. If they do, they say the person is mentally ill, they cannot do it, they just say it is a mental illness. Let us not hastily say: “I am a devout Christian, I am a priest who celebrates Mass every day, prays, and receives the Holy Communion, so how can there be a demon inside me?” I used to think that way. And do not say that demons only existed in ancient times, but no longer exist now. For many people, those who have demons are bad people. But in the Book of Job, it says this: “One day, when all the community of God's people as well as the children of God came to meet the Lord, Satan also came along. The Lord asked Satan: Where have you come from? And Satan answered the Lord: Roaming throughout the earth, wandering back and forth across it. The Lord then said to Satan: Have you considered My servant Job? There is truly no one on earth like him, a man who is blameless and upright, who fears God and shuns evil. Satan said this: True, because You always protect him, giving him wealth and prosperity, so he suffers nothing, feels no pain, and thus has no reason to blame God. If You want to test his devout and faithful heart, let him encounter difficulties, and then You will see him curse You. The Lord said: Very well, all his possessions are in your power, only you must not lay a hand on his person. And Satan withdrew.”
The Evangelist Mark, writing the Gospel, also says that the devil/demons are dominating the world in every form. Therefore, Jesus came both to heal the sick and to cast out demons. And when healing the sick and casting out demons, seeing the needs of people, He acted beyond the law, even on the Sabbath, the law of Moses which forbade working on that day, but because of human need, He healed on the Sabbath. For the Pharisees and priests, they kept the Sabbath law more strictly than human life. So the Lord said: “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.”
And we see that Jesus became man. Jesus came to redeem us, to free us from the dominion of the devil/demons. And when the devil/demons dominate, it is through the form of sin that we realize the demon has entered us. That happened 2,000 years ago. What about today, in this 21st century, in this year 2022, do we see demons? Where are they?
We see that many Catholics and Christians abandon their faith and disregard the Sacrament of Confession. The number of parishioners attending church is decreasing daily, to the extent that many churches and rectories are empty. Families are breaking apart, and the divorce rate is increasingly high. Spouses killing each other is becoming more frequent. It is commonplace for parishioners and the ministry team to take the parish priest to secular court to sue him. And to the extent that the pastoral council beats people who come seeking grace, asking the parish priest for healing, they also beat people inside the rectory. Witnessing the scene where the pastoral council assaults them, carries them out, throws them onto the garbage pile, and curses them repeatedly. These are the real issues that we see right now.
At this point, I want to call upon everyone to be more aware of the presence of the devil in the world today, and especially within their own bodies, so as to be cautious and vigilant against the tempting schemes of the devil. The greater the position one holds, the more responsibility one bears, the more vigilant one must be, because the devil will attack more frequently.
I would like to thank the esteemed audience for listening to me. And thank you, Mr. Duong.
MC: Thank you, Father, for sharing your thoughts in today's interview. Thank you to the esteemed audience members who followed Part One of the interview, and please remember to tune in for Part Two of the interview. We sincerely thank you all.
