The Voice of Truth Part 704 - Preparing the Soul to Joyfully Welcome Christ's Nativity

The Advent season of the new liturgical year is nearing its end, and we are entering the days of preparation to commemorate the Son of God becoming man. God the Father lovingly sends an important message to all humanity: “Hello, my child. God the Father speaks to you, tell all humanity: examine yourselves, repent, recognize your sins, and resolve to forsake them so that you may be worthy to joyfully welcome the mystery of God becoming man.”

Esteemed listeners, Advent is the time for humanity to prepare their souls to welcome the Savior through self-examination and recognizing sin, so that God may cleanse all the defilement carried within due to sin. When people recognize sin and resolve to forsake it, God will peel away layer after layer of Satan, and expel them from the human soul and body, allowing the human soul and body to become pure and beautiful, just as He created them in the beginning, and enabling humanity to be light and free, to open the eyes of faith, to open the eyes of the soul to recognize and comprehend His boundless love in the divine will that created all creatures: "God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning..." (Gen 1:31). Being able to examine oneself and repent to recognize sin is a grace that God lovingly bestows upon humanity in all ages, especially today, when Satan has raged across the earth with fierce types of Satan or more sophisticated types of demons tempting people. Crucially, Satan has covered ears and blinded eyes, preventing people from recognizing sin and avoiding occasions of sin. Gradually, they become hardened in sin, losing the sense of sin. Thus, sin piles upon sin, and Satan follows this path to enter people, stacking layer upon layer to control humanity, submerging them in wickedness and displeasing God.,3

As Saint Paul shared: “For I know that good does not dwell in me, that is, in my flesh; for the willing is present in me, but the doing of the good is not. For the good that I want, I do not do, but I practice the very evil that I do not want. But if I am doing the very thing I do not want, I am no longer the one doing it, but sin which dwells in me. I discover then the principle that evil is present in me, the one who wants to do good. For I joyfully concur with the law of God in the inner man, but I see a different law in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind, and making me a prisoner of the law of sin which is in my members. Wretched man that I am! Who will set me free from the body of this death?” (Rm 7, 18-23)

Esteemed listeners, we must bravely rise up and renounce sin by repenting to God so that He may cleanse us, making us good, holy, and beautiful before God and our brothers and sisters. He grants us the opportunity to recognize sin and resolve to forsake it, and to sacrifice ourselves, mortify ourselves, endure suffering, and bear humiliation to atone for sin in this life. This is a great grace; it is God's love for humanity so that people may find happiness both in this life and the next. So, how should we examine ourselves to recognize sin? God wants everyone to confront their own heart, their own conscience, and examine themselves through the “Seven Deadly Sins” that God illuminated for the Church, instructing and guiding His children through the Spirit of the Holy Spirit. First, be humble, not proud.

Humility is the first virtue above all virtues. The opposite of humility is pride, and it was because of pride that, from the beginning, Satan, the Angel of Light, fell into sin. Because of pride, Satan rebelled against God, demanding equality with God. Because of pride, Satan failed to acknowledge his status as merely a creature lovingly created by God, resulting in disobedience and falling into sin, displeasing Him, separating himself from Him, and going to the place reserved for him. God reminds His children that the sin of pride is the root from which all other sins spring. Due to forgetting their status, people become immersed in sin, forgetting the One who gives them breath and life, and instead chasing after worldly things: honor, wealth, and lust. They then rely on their own selves, relying on human talent and intellect, thereby losing God. Who is God? He is the Sovereign Lord who created all things; He is the One who holds authority over everything, over all space and time. If there were no God, there would be no humanity, yet people fall into temptation, following the footsteps of the fallen angel of old, and thus become proud before God and proud before others, forgetting that they are merely dust, only a lowly and imperfect creature created by God the Father.

The Bible records the words of God's good servant, Job: “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked I will depart. The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised. He wills it so.” Every creature born on this earth expresses a degree of God’s love and carries a mission bestowed by Him: to live to love and be loved, to live and bear witness to the love of the Triune God in this world, just as Jesus Himself came into the world, took on flesh, became like mortals, and lived as a human being. He empathized with all the suffering that humanity must endure. And He died for the sins of the world—that is the love for humanity, and that love continues to this day through the work of the Holy Spirit. God the Father invites all His children to turn toward His Heart, the sanctuary where God is present among humanity, pouring forth boundless mercy ceaselessly in this place, where people are seeking to return for repentance and contrition, to be granted the grace of humility and self-abasement by God to recognize sin. It is where the Almighty God uses humanity's very enemy, Satan, to expose human sin, using the tempter himself to reveal their schemes, causing people to be utterly convinced, fall prostrate, and cry out: “My Lord, my God.” And then He heals the wounds, He pours out grace to extend His hand in casting out demons and healing His brothers and sisters.

Therefore, a contrite soul, changing one's life, recognizing the sins committed against God since the age of reason, is the necessary and sufficient condition to be touched and healed by God through the work of the House of the Father. Here, we are granted the great favor by God of knowing how to recognize our sins, especially the sins of pride, arrogance, self-satisfaction, self-admiration, self-reliance on one's own strength, and self-centeredness, so that we may learn to humble ourselves, strike our breasts in repentance, and ask God for forgiveness. All of us are sinners, so we must examine our conscience daily to dare to face ourselves, to face our own conscience and heart that have been submerged in sin for so many years, that have been defeated by Satan, that have been immersed in fame, profit, and pleasure, that have trampled upon other people, using power to manage others, using power to dominate others, using power to cause division, leading to restlessness in the conscience of every person, in families, in communities, and in every nation. Death, war, and chaos stem from this very arrogance, pride, and self-satisfaction, from not knowing how to rely on the power of God and not knowing how to fear God the Father above all things.

When examining ourselves regarding the sin of pride, we must also examine humility. Have I been truly humble yet? And what exactly is humility? Humility is absolute trust in the power of God the Father, considering oneself as nothing, considering oneself a useless servant with no value whatsoever; Humility is knowing only to give thanks to God the Father in all circumstances, seeing that every event in one's life has meaning to teach and purify oneself, so that one may live pleasing to God the Father, always knowing how to open one's heart to receive the grace of God the Father, living joyfully and peacefully in every moment... examine yourself: have you truly been humble all this time? Have you been as simple as a small child yet?

Humility also means becoming like a child: without worry, without sorrow, without overthinking, without hesitation, without questioning, knowing only to give thanks and give thanks in every moment, every circumstance, joyfully embracing every moment of life. Conversely, humility is not shrinking back like a shrimp, because that is escaping the truth; that is called weakness, avoiding responsibility, and evading the fulfillment of duty. Humility in correcting one's brothers and sisters: Humility means being permitted to remind and correct one's brothers and sisters with love, in humility and self-abasement. After giving the reminder, entrust your brothers and sisters to God the Father. Because your words have no power to transform your brothers and sisters; only the Spirit of God can change the human heart. If God uses you as a prophet to speak and correct, then you should speak and correct, but with gentleness and sincere love. Afterward, step back and entrust everything to God the Father. Because how that person is transformed is the work of God the Father, and no longer your concern.

Being aware of this will help you not be sad when your brother or sister has not yet changed, nor proud when your brother or sister changes. That is true humility, because truly you are nothing before the change of your brothers and sisters. You only know to thank God because God alone changes the heart of your brother or sister; it is not due to your words. Why should you not be sad when your brothers and sisters do not change? Because being sad means falling into Satan's temptation of pride, believing that 'I must speak in a certain way to make my brothers and sisters change.' No, whether change occurs or not is due to the Holy Spirit working upon that person, and it is the light of God the Father Himself that transforms that person. It is God the Father who heals that person, not you. What is gentleness and humility when walking in the work of God the Father? Gentleness is not speaking harsh, bitter, or unpleasant words, but speaking kind, gentle words that build unity and love.

Humility, as mentioned above, is emptying oneself, having no value before your brothers and sisters. Having no value before your brothers and sisters means having no sadness, no joy, no pleasure, anger, love, hatred, no greed, aversion, or delusion. Dear esteemed audience, God reveals: The first sharp weapon to destroy Satan is humility, humility, and humility. Only with humility can there be obedience ('yes'), only with humility can one know how to deny oneself, only with humility can one's ego die, can the vanity within oneself die; Only with humility can one abandon one's own will, only with humility can one humble oneself, bowing low to the ground to serve one's brothers and sisters; Only with humility can a person submit to God the Father, only with humility can a person become an instrument of God the Father. God the Father teaches humanity gentleness and humility, which are the two virtues always leading the way: Gentleness is to clothe oneself with a benevolent heart to treat one's brothers and sisters. Humility is to bow down, to humble oneself in service before your brothers and sisters. Humility only sees one's own sin and does not see the sin of one's brothers and sisters. Humility never condemns or judges anyone. Humility is seeing only God the Father reigning, while you are nothing. Therefore, throughout the entire Advent season, God wants everyone to look at the living example of Saint John the Baptist, who humbly spoke to God throughout his life with all his heart: Lord, let me decrease so that You may increase.

Therefore, let us examine ourselves and not expand our ego, because man is nothing before God the Father. Man is merely a creature, merely a useless servant. Whether man is part of God the Father's work or not, how does that add anything to Him? He does not need man; one word spoken by Him is enough for Satan to retreat. But why does He allow His work to be carried out in this world? It is only because He loves humanity! Because granting man happiness, granting the blessed privilege to cooperate, that is grace for man. Anyone who claims merit before Him is proud; anyone who believes they can accomplish the things entrusted by God the Father is a proud person. Man can do nothing unless God the Father grants grace. Therefore, be humble and self-effacing; do not assume you can accomplish anything! Man should only prostrate himself before God the Father and say: O Father, I am a useless servant after accomplishing something, so as to attribute all the results to God the Father. Success or failure is the prerogative of God the Father. How He allows things to happen is His power, not due to your merit.

Humility is truly seeing oneself as weak and imperfect: If man does not have the Spirit of God granted, nor His grace, he cannot even utter the word "O Father." Because Satan will stiffen the jaw, Satan will make one lie paralyzed, unable to do anything—yet one still claims merit before God the Father? Absolutely not! Man must bow down, humble oneself, and be humble before God the Father and one's brothers and sisters; that is the sharp weapon to destroy Satan, as the Word of God has stated. Why is Satan allowed to run rampant? Because man misuses freedom, because man is still proud, because man has used freedom to be proud and put on airs, Satan incites this only to make man more arrogant, so that man considers the merit to belong to man, and not to God.

If people know humility, they will see that: being in God and working for Him is a grace granted by God, and knowing that this grace is freely given, they must sacrifice themselves to respond to such grace in a manner worthy of God's loving kindness. If people know humility, they will not condemn, nor dare to judge anyone, because they are aware that they themselves are sinners, and a sinner cannot condemn another sinner. They will also not speak judgmental things, but will remain silent beside God the Father. Humility helps people become still, and then, the Spirit of God will fill them, illuminating for them what love is, and when they love with their whole heart, they will know what to do for a sinner, for a sick person. The very Love of the Triune God will operate within them when they seek His love. Humility is a gift, so people must earnestly ask God to grant it. They must always ask for the grace of humility and self-abasement before God the Father, always acknowledging themselves as sinners before God the Father; this is what pleases Him. For He says: whoever humbles themselves the lowest will be raised the highest by God, and will be granted greater understanding of His mysteries and Holy Will by God, so that when they approach others, they will know how to help them convert.

Approaching others with humility: Esteemed listeners, God's work in this era is a great work, so when humanity receives this sublime spiritual gift, they must know how to bestow it upon others, and must go proclaim it so that everyone in the world may know. But He always reminds those who participate in this work that the first step when approaching their brothers and sisters is to carry humility, self-abasement, and smallness before others. They must first remove their ego from themselves, so that God Himself may work within them; only then can God's grace enter them. If their ego remains elevated, it will push the grace of the Holy Spirit away, and at that point, they will not be doing God's work but will become a servant of Satan due to their lack of humility.

In summary, humble yourself and practice self-abasement so that the love of God may grow, and the grace of God may fill you. In summary, humble yourself and practice self-abasement so that the love of God may grow, and the grace of God may fill you.

SECONDLY, BE GENEROUS, DO NOT BE STINGY

The end of one sin is the beginning of another; they are interconnected. None among humanity can avoid all Seven Deadly Sins. People think they are generous and not stingy, but we fail to consider that: I might be generous with material things but stingy with grace; I might be generous with money but stingy with the time dedicated to others, with offering good advice, or stingy with speaking words of love. Thus, the stinginess that God speaks of here does not belong only to the material realm. But God invites His children to examine whether they have been generous in giving, considering that He bestows grace upon humanity—grace that is abundant and freely given, ceaseless like surging ocean waves. The very first thing, when a person is born in the mother's womb, is the generosity of love and mercy that God reserves for a creature. Following that are the graces He bestows throughout the human journey, involving protection and providence amidst all external influences, difficulties, hardships, from education to the understanding of each individual.

If God the Father had not bestowed those gifts, could a person be who they are now, through every rank, every position, every mission in life that He grants and establishes? In summary, do not think that by being generous in almsgiving you have practiced that virtue; but for God, generosity encompasses everything from the inside out: generosity in living out the giving of grace—what you receive from God, you give away; the talent He entrusts must yield profit for Him—that is true generosity. Generosity in sharing time with others, generosity with one's talents and intellect... with everything one possesses, from the freely given spiritual and physical gifts, from grace to material things, must go hand in hand, combined as God the Father instructs. Therefore, people today should not be complacent that they have done enough and achieved everything. For God the Father, it is never enough or complete, because Satan is the one who subtly creeps and prowls around seeking prey to devour when people are vulnerable; in any gap resulting from a failure in the virtue of fearing God and loving, Satan will infiltrate, even through the smallest crevices in human life via thoughts, words, and actions. Therefore, God invites His children to quiet their souls, to come to God and remain in His Heart, earnestly pleading and asking Him for the grace to re-examine themselves—that is, to look into their soul and listen to the voice of their conscience to ask themselves: Who am I before God and before my brothers and sisters?

THIRD, KEEP YOURSELVES PURE AND DO NOT INDULGE IN LUST

All human beings are created from the physical body and have the Spirit breathed into them by God the Father. But they have been stalked, waited upon, and tempted by Satan—all of which was spoken of very clearly during the time of Jesus Christ. Because of His obedience, Jesus Himself humbled Himself to endure Satan's temptation concerning carnal desires, and thus the children of God cannot escape that temptation either. Because this flesh will exist until the last breath when a person departs from the world, people must fight against the carnal nature every second, every moment. God the Father calls upon His children to keep their bodies and souls clean, for the human body and soul are the temple of the Holy Spirit. If someone keeps themselves clean regarding physical chastity but still pursues the glories, fame, and leisurely pleasures of the world, and lives in self-exaltation and complacency, then that person's soul is also not clean. Examine yourselves so that you do not become complacent, believing that you have perfectly kept chastity, or that you are not passionate about worldly vanity and the lusts of the world. Because the creature is created from dust and will return to dust, but the Spirit breathed in by God allows life, one must inevitably fight continuously and laboriously to hope to attain the holiness of God, as Saint Paul said: “I say, then, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh; they are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want… The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other. (Galatians 5:16-25).

Esteemed audience, we know that Jesus Himself had to endure physical temptations after 40 days of fasting in the wilderness. Knowing that He was physically hungry and thirsty, Satan sowed the temptation: “If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread!” But Jesus fought and won: “Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.” Therefore, has every person, when facing the temptations of the body, of lust, and of all worldly desires, truly stood up to fight and eliminate them? Because humanity is created not only with a body but also with a soul, reason, will, and the Spirit of God breathed into them. Therefore, one must examine oneself carefully: Have you truly lived according to the Spirit? Are you living in the light and freedom that God grants? Or are you blindly walking the dark path of lust? Are you enslaved to Satan in the darkness and living for the flesh, allowing the lustful Satan to satisfy their desires upon your very body? Therefore, we need to know one truth: The current world is dominated by Satan, who covers the ears and blinds the eyes, causing many people to mistakenly believe they are living chastely, thinking that if they do not commit the sin of lust with any partner, they are clean and have escaped this sin. I say no! When a person still craves fame, is self-exalted, complacent, loves praise, likes to be respected by others, desires reputation in this life,... all those things amount to the sin of idolatry, meaning they are disobeying God, excluding God, and committing spiritual adultery against the Spirit of God!

What is spiritual adultery?

If one does not worship God but instead worships their ego above all else, worships their fame above all else, worships money more than God, is that not spiritual adultery against the Lord's Spirit? In today's world, the depravity of bestiality and lust has spread across the earth, and Satan, in particular, is strongly infiltrating the younger generation, especially among religious and clerical circles, because they have pushed God aside to worship idols, meaning they are committing adultery with those false gods. Thus, we have nothing to boast about, saying: I am very clean before God. Why does God say to keep oneself clean? It is not only physical but also carries meaning within the Spirit of the Lord, possessing spiritual significance in the mystery of creation. That is why God the Father allows humanity to fully understand the root of sin. If one does not recognize sin, they can never abandon it, and if they cannot abandon sin, they cannot live cleanly, holily, and righteously before God. But in this present age, the world of the flesh has overflowed, causing people to live only for this life without thinking of the next, because Satan has obscured that part of the conscience, leaving behind a hardened heart that chases after things belonging to the body, satisfying lust, satisfying the cravings of desire, forgetting God, and no longer listening to the voice of conscience - which is the voice coming from God—His Spirit granted from the beginning.

FOURTH, BE PATIENT, DO NOT BE ANGRY

Humanity must know how to control their tongue and mind, because anger and hatred will lead people to mortal sin, as Saint John says in his first letter: “Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer” (1 John 3:15). This is clearly demonstrated through Eve's first two sons, Abel and Cain. Because of anger and hatred, Cain killed his brother Abel, and God revealed that only until the occasion of digging the well of salvation in February 2023, during this new era's work, was Cain saved. Why is that? The words of Eve, spoken by God to Cain during the occasion of digging the well of salvation, are the answer to the question posed: “O my son—Cain, since the day God commanded you to roam across the face of the earth, you have had to endure all the punishments God the Father gave you, but even when you left this earth, facing God the Father, your heart remained hardened; you still did not put on the heart that God gave you from the moment you were formed in your mother's womb. Abel, upon leaving the earth and being by my side, pleaded day and night with God the Father to have mercy on his brother. Abel, from the moment he was born, continued to have an unchanging love for you, even though you caused Abel's blood to spread across the earth, Abel still possessed an unchanging loving heart. But your heart continued to be closed off by your pride. That is why you have suffered punishment from the time you left the earth until today. Now, God the Father wants you to put on a heart like your brother Abel, a pure, simple, innocent, loving, and forgiving heart. From now on, live with the new heart that God the Father grants you. Lift up your head and grasp His light and power, O Cain, my son.”

Dear listeners, God the Father created each one of us out of love, so to enjoy happiness alongside God the Father, we must also put on a loving heart like His, loving everyone without exception.

God the Father created every individual differently; no two people are alike. From appearance to the human soul, He has placed a unique mission, but if people know how to respect one another, grant true love that comes from God, and together build a good person, returning to the original state of innocence, simplicity, and gentleness, then humanity can receive the good things from each other and overcome the jealousy and hatred sown by Satan. Like a garden of flowers He created, the blossoms have different fragrances, colors, shades, and shapes, to express that His paradise is manifold, diverse, and rich in ways that humans, with their limited understanding, cannot imagine. Therefore, humanity should not use their limited knowledge and heart to analyze, judge, or comment. God's work of creation in every person was good in the beginning, but Satan attacked within every human heart, sowing hatred, anger, jealousy, envy… Because Satan himself fell, he lost the loving heart that God created in the beginning. Thus, out of vengeance and retribution, Satan sowed hatred into the human heart from the very beginning, exemplified by Eve's first two sons, who are the typical image of humanity. Therefore, for humanity to abandon this fourth primary sin, God wants them to relearn the word “love” according to His command: What is LOVE? LOVE is forbearance, LOVE is patience, LOVE is compassion—All people, whether they have the gift of prophecy or possess this or that talent, must still turn towards LOVE, because Charity (Love) alone endures, while all other things will pass away.

The only word LOVE - is the power to defeat Satan.

LOVE is the unity of the Holy Trinity. That word love is the power that drives out Satan. That word love enables the Only Begotten Son of God the Father to obey Him absolutely. That word Love brings salvation to all people. Therefore, God the Father once said through Saint Augustine: love, and then do what you will. When people love, they will know what they must do towards God, and towards their neighbors. When loving God, one obeys Him absolutely. Loving means rejoicing when suffering with Jesus Christ. Loving means longing to be conformed to His image. Loving means everyone will long to walk the path of the cross, longing to satisfy God the Father by joyfully accepting suffering every second, every minute, accepting temptations with gratitude to God. Loving will allow people to walk through suffering with a peaceful, joyful, and happy soul. Loving will create an invincible power that Satan does not possess. Because of the word Love, Satan must submit before the Only Begotten Son of God the Father. Today, God the Father also defines the word LOVE as He reveals His work here on earth. Therefore, everyone should joyfully give thanks to God and respond to His love - love responding to love, grace responding to grace. And God the Father wants everyone to allow the word Love to exist and fully occupy their hearts so that the Lord of love may exist and possess everyone's hearts. Only then will everyone become God's elite warriors. Only then will everyone have enough strength to unite as one, like the Holy Trinity, to create a block of power that drives out hateful and vengeful Satan. God the Father wants everyone who loves like His Only Begotten Son to look up at the cross of Jesus Christ, to learn what love is, and what one must do when loving, following the example of the Only Begotten Son of God. When loving, should one joyfully thank God before temptation? Because thanks to trials and temptations, people realize their weakness and that they can do nothing against Satan. It is through temptations that God the Father lets people know whether they are walking the path of love or not. If there were no temptations, people would never be able to prove their love expressed through their obedience and faithfulness to God. Therefore, to fight hateful Satan, humanity must build a unified block in the love of the Holy Trinity – the unique love.

FIFTH, PRACTICE ABSTINENCE AND DO NOT BE OBSESSED WITH EATING AND DRINKING

In today's era, humanity is immersed in a world of pleasure and debauchery brought by Satan. People only worship their stomachs, prioritize their bodies above all else, and seek every means to achieve what they need and want, pushing God out of their lives. Therefore, God invites humanity to examine themselves: what are they living for in this life? What is the meaning of human life? Did humanity come to this world just to focus on the word 'eating'? Because people focus on 'eating', they strive to work to earn money, status, and fame. People have lived far from the Word of God, forgetting the meaning and ultimate purpose of their lives, which is to seek the Kingdom of God first. Living only focused on material things is what Saint Paul had to remind the faithful in Philippi:

“For many, as I have often told you and now tell you even in tears, conduct themselves as enemies of the cross of Christ. Their end is destruction. Their God is their stomach; their glory is in their "shame." Their minds are occupied with earthly things. But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we also await a savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. He will change our lowly body to conform with his glorified body by the power that enables him also to bring all things into subjection to himself.” (Phil 3:18-21)

Today, God the Father invites everyone to realize that man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. Jesus Himself is the Living Word that God the Father grants to humanity through the Holy Eucharist to nourish man's spirit and body. Those who practice self-denial, mortification, avoid occasions of sin, and pray constantly will be flooded with the Spirit and light of God, His love and grace, and will no longer be enslaved by the material things of worldly food. In the past, during the Old Testament, in the wilderness, God initially fed the Jewish people only with Manna. But because of the desires of the flesh, the Jewish people demanded that God give them meat. Therefore, when Jesus came to earth, He invited people not only to focus on material food but also to live by the Living Word and put that word into practice. A person who lives genuine love, a love that comes from God, is never preoccupied with worldly things, but always knows how to aspire to higher things and live nobly. Conversely, those who only care about material food, feasting, and drunkenness cannot avoid the passion of lust, and their lives are crushed by the carnal nature, defiling their bodies, which are the temple of the Holy Spirit.

We see a connecting thread from the first vice to the seventh vice. When people indulge in eating, prioritizing the stomach above all else, feasting, drinking excessively, and satisfying themselves with parties and banquets, they will fall into other passions, especially the passion of lust. When people feast and drink excessively, they speak recklessly, then blaspheme, then become angry, and then, unable to endure, they lead to arguments and conflicts. Excessive feasting violates the virtue of charity towards the poor. And when people feast and drink excessively, unable to control their behavior and yielding to carnal habits, they fall into debauchery and the passion of lust, defiling their bodies and corrupting their souls. This is a system that Satan links together, connecting one sin to another, and that sin plunging into yet another. This is Satan's insidious infiltration to attack humanity, causing people to fall into darkness and lose the image in which God the Father originally created them, which is in the likeness of God. Saint Thomas Aquinas spoke of 6 things one should not do related to eating and drinking: one should not eat too early, one should not eat expensively, one should not eat too much, one should not eat eagerly, one should not be picky about food, one should not eat wastefully, one should not eat the things one likes repeatedly and excessively - these are the habits of gluttony. When people rush into banquets, they satisfy themselves fully, like a moth dying in lust, knowing only to worship their stomach above the Almighty God. That is why Jesus said: whoever worships God does not worship wealth and money. A person who worships the stomach above all else also pushes God aside. That is why God teaches people to fast and refrain from excessive eating and drinking. For Satan only fears those who practice self-denial, fast, pray, live in mortification, and live in the purity that God the Father has instructed. And this is stated very clearly in the letter of James, which teaches that man lives by the Spirit and lives temperately. For without temperance, one cannot pray or practice self-denial to fight. In the past, after concluding His teaching, healing, and casting out demons, Jesus always sought a quiet place to pray, to unite intimately with God the Father, rather than seeking rest and satisfying the body with food and drink. But in today's world, Satan has caused people at all levels to fall into bodily pleasure and enjoyment, forgetting their true life here on earth, which must be oriented toward God. Satan has infiltrated all levels of consecrated life, including clergy, religious, and even hermits. The truth is that Satan spares no one, not even hermits; they have caused the hermits - to no longer be diligent in prayer as before. God reveals that only a very small number still fear God, while the majority of hermits today have also been immersed in worldliness and lust, making their bodies heavy and their spirits dark, unable to escape the net that Satan has laid out, and they have forgotten God, even though they come daily to adore before His holy presence. For they come only with their bodies, while their souls are distant from Him due to worldly passions. To fight this demon of passion, God reminds people to use the prayer He taught, the Our Father, to petition Him. Ask only for our daily bread, the food sufficient to nourish the body. But also earnestly ask Him for the lasting food, which is the very Body and Blood of Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist. People should frequently approach the Holy Eucharist, for they will be nourished in both soul and body, as He said: “I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever. Behold, the viaticum of man is the Lord Himself, Behold, the viaticum of man is the Lord Himself, and the Lord alone is enough.

SIXTH, LOVE OTHERS, DO NOT HATE

God is the God of love, the One rich in mercy. He is truly the King of Love. And out of love, God inscribed His love in the heart of every human being. Therefore, God invites everyone to examine themselves: Have they lived according to the love that God placed within them? Or have they allowed Satan to creep in and sow hatred and resentment? Where do breath, life, talent, intellect, intelligence, the abilities one possesses, and what one owns come from? The answer is, everything comes from God. So what right do we have not to carry out God's holy command, not to fulfill the mission and duty He bestowed and placed upon us in this world? We are a heart that must know how to love, open up to receive all graces, and must bestow those graces upon others. But due to selfishness, jealousy, and bottomless greed, only knowing how to hoard, centering everything on oneself, and elevating oneself above all else, humanity has lost the meaning of love, extinguishing the loving heart that He created from the beginning. Consequently, yielding to the temptations of Satan, humanity creates resentment. Those who live in such hatred and jealousy will never find true joy and peace in God. The Book of Genesis shows us that God created everything fresh and beautiful, especially humanity, created in the image of the love of the Triune God. But why, in this new era, can people no longer find that, apart from having to face daily hatred, jealousy, conflict, envy, rivalry, and nitpicking over every little thing with one another? This is Satan extinguishing the fire of love and the fervor that comes from God in humanity, replacing it with vices, bad habits, and brutal actions toward one another. Without love, one cannot live joyfully; without living joyfully, one cannot sacrifice; without sacrifice, one cannot draw near to others; and without drawing near to others, it causes division, war, and mutual destruction. That is the core source from which mankind is submerged in the covering darkness that Satan brings into every human heart. Only a select few, whom God the Father placed from the beginning, know how to live holy and loving lives. But in every human soul, there is a trace of hatred: hatred due to dissatisfaction with oneself, hatred due to conflict, hatred due to judgment, hatred due to envy, hatred due to jealousy, hatred due to resentment, hatred due to comparison, resulting in the inability to see anything good on earth or within oneself, leading to the loss of faith and hope in God, the Lord of Love.

SEVENTH, BE DILIGENT IN GOD'S WORK, DO NOT BE LAZY.

Regarding all the sins and virtues that God the Father calls humanity to today, people must be vigilant and re-examine themselves in order to practice them, because if humanity does not have a soul closely attached to God and intimately united with Him, they will lack the grace and the light of love necessary to fight Satan. For without God granting grace, humanity, by itself, will never be able to fight. Therefore, God the Father calls everyone to be intimately and continuously united with Him, just as Saint Peter urged his faithful: “Be sober and vigilant. Your opponent the devil is prowling around like a roaring lion looking for (someone) to devour.” Indeed, the devil never sleeps for a moment. They only lie in wait to steal human souls to their side to fight against God. The more people disobey the Word that God instructs, the more Satan triumphs, and that vengeance grows higher and stronger. Only through prayer, stillness, intimate union with God, and receiving the Word of God taught through the voice of one's conscience can the truth be recognized. This is clearly demonstrated through the Eternal Word of God throughout time. That love and mercy never cease, as He continues to grant humanity the Present Word of God today, so that people may be more intimately connected with God through His direct instruction to each individual and in every life.

Prayer is breath, it is the key that opens the door for every soul to come to God, to draw closer to His light so that humanity may firmly grasp the weapon in hand, clothed in the armor that is the light of God, to confront the three enemies: the Devil, the World, and the Flesh. Without prayer, there is no breath; without breath, there is no life; and without life, there is only death and darkness within every person. The children of humanity today greatly fear silence, greatly fear solitude, and greatly fear confronting God and themselves. But the truth is always the truth; nothing can be hidden from God, for He knows every heart and mind, because He created humanity. And nothing hidden will fail to be revealed to the light, for light always triumphs over darkness and evil. Jesus came, lived, died, and conquered the world through His resurrection. And He invites all creatures, especially the children of humanity, to return to God, the benevolent Father, the Good and just One; only then can humanity confront and defeat the evil spirit of the world, which is Satan, mentioned in the 666 video of the Voice of Truth program, showing that everything Saint John mentioned in the Book of Revelation is surging forth in this new era today, while humanity remains unaware. And the light of God has been sown in the Army of Light (Đạo Binh Ánh Sáng), a small group that dares to courageously confront the truth about their own sins, so that through this they may be cleansed by God and become instruments used by God to bring His Truth, His light, His love, and His salvation to their fellow human beings. God desires that humanity recognize their nature as fragile, weak, and prone to falling into sin, so that they may truly be diligent, truly love in holy good works, practice piety with a loving heart, with compassion, and with a devotion to God above all things, loving Him truly from the heart. And never be complacent, thinking that reading many prayers is enough, attending Mass daily is enough, or going to Confession and receiving Communion monthly is enough. For nothing is ever enough for Him. Instead, He demands human fidelity until the last breath, demonstrated through concrete actions stemming from a heart burning with love for God and for one's brothers and sisters. Regarding God, it means doing exactly as He commands, relying simply on Him; regarding one's brothers and sisters, it means serving freely and loving them as oneself. And the important thing is to love one's own soul, for only then can one love the soul of another; loving one's soul requires self-examination to recognize sin, resolving to repent, and avoiding all occasions of sin. Prayer is the sure weapon to confront Satan. But ironically, today's pastors no longer care about or remind their flock to practice a life of continuous prayer according to God's Word taught in the Bible. In the Church today, one might ask how many priests and religious live a life of ceaseless prayer, fasting, self-denial, and mortification? Very few. Meanwhile, they are considered models of virtue for the faithful to follow. Therefore, in the days approaching the great event—the day God descended to earth to become man—God invites everyone, especially His pastors and male and female religious, to take time for self-examination, recognize their sins, and resolve to repent, so that they may be cleansed by God, making their souls pure and bright, worthy to celebrate and participate in the Solemn Mass commemorating the Nativity of the Son of God Incarnate.

CONCLUSION

Dear esteemed audience, this concludes the series of sharings that God desires me to proclaim throughout the world, so that His Word may echo through every village and alley, in the high heavens and the low earth, the heart of the sea and the deep abyss, not only for humanity but also for all creation awaiting the grace of salvation and sanctification from Almighty God the Father. For humanity specifically, He earnestly calls for more vigorous cooperation, for human repentance, recognition of sin, and determination to abandon sin, which has the power not only to sanctify oneself and one's brothers and sisters but also to help Satan. Indeed, God reveals that Satan is saved through the repentance of humankind and through Satan's own repentance. That is the mutual cooperation among the creatures He created. For He created all things in reciprocal Love. As He has said: He makes the rain fall upon the earth, and this earth holds humans, demons, and all manner of creatures and beasts. And the time will come when the creatures return to the paradise of old: The day when “The wolf shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the young goat; the calf, the lion, and the sheep shall abide together; and a little child shall lead them. The cow and the bear shall graze together, their young ones shall lie down together; and the lion, like the ox, shall eat straw. The nursing child shall play by the hole of the cobra, and the weaned child shall put his hand in the viper’s den. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.” (Is 11, 6 – 9). Please join me in giving thanks and praising God: Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, who has visited and redeemed His people… O Lord, Your love I will sing forever; through all generations/ my mouth will proclaim Your faithfulness.
