FIRST READING - Acts 13:44-52
"We now turn to the Gentiles."
A reading from the Book of the Acts of the Apostles
44 On the following sabbath almost the whole city gathered to hear the word of the Lord. 45 When the Jews saw the crowds, they were filled with jealousy and with violent abuse contradicted what Paul said. 46 Both Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly and said, “It was necessary that the word of God be spoken to you first, but since you reject it and condemn yourselves as unworthy of eternal life, we now turn to the Gentiles.[a] 47 For so the Lord has commanded us, ‘I have made you a light to the Gentiles, that you may be an instrument of salvation to the ends of the earth.’”
48 The Gentiles were delighted when they heard this and glorified the word of the Lord. All who were destined for eternal life came to believe, 49 and the word of the Lord continued to spread through the whole region. 50 The Jews, however, incited the women of prominence who were worshipers and the leading men of the city, stirred up a persecution against Paul and Barnabas, and expelled them from their territory. 51 So they shook the dust from their feet in protest against them and went to Iconium.[b] 52 The disciples were filled with joy and the holy Spirit.
GOSPEL OF THE DAY - Jn 14:7-14
"Whoever has seen me has seen the Father."

7 If you know me, then you will also know my Father.[a] From now on you do know him and have seen him.” 8 Philip said to him, “Master, show us the Father,[b] and that will be enough for us.” 9 Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you for so long a time and you still do not know me, Philip? Whoever has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? 10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on my own. The Father who dwells in me is doing his works. 11 Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father is in me, or else, believe because of the works themselves. 12 Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever believes in me will do the works that I do, and will do greater ones than these, because I am going to the Father. 13 And whatever you ask in my name, I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask anything of me in my name, I will do it.

THE WORD OF GOD FOR EVERYONE
Dear People of God,
In today’s Word of God, God desires to tell all mankind that Jesus Christ is the only Son of God the Father.
Because of love, He sent His only begotten Son to earth to accompany people, to love, to sacrifice, to suffer death, to redeem mankind from sin. Therefore, all that the Son does here on earth is for the glory of God the Father.
All of Jesus Christ's thoughts, words, actions, and deeds are directed towards God the Father, He does not do any work in accord to His own will.
In today’s Word of God, it is the Only-Begotten Son of God who tells humanity about a loving Father, a Father who loves humanity endlessly.
God calls upon all mankind to come to the loving Father for Him to give strength and eternal life.
Therefore, those who want to achieve the happiness of the heavenly Kingdom should listen to the words of God's only-begotten Son, Jesus Christ, and direct ourselves toward God the Father.
To do that, we must renounce ourselves, give up our selfish ego, and to abandon hatred in order to put on the love that God has engraved in each person's heart.
This love will have to go through difficulties, hardships and trials, as Jesus Christ calls: whoever comes to God the Father must listen to His instructions, that is, listen through Jesus Christ, the only Son of God the Father.
Without His love for mankind, a lot of people would have to walk in the darkness of sin. There is no greater love than the love of God the Father.
In today’s Word of God, Jesus Christ instructs His disciples to believe that God the Father is in Him, and He is in God the Father.
Everything He did glorified the Holy name of God. Through the love of the only-begotten Son for God the Father, He calls upon all humanity, which are His children, to look to the sacrifice and love of Jesus Christ for God the Father, and to be faithful to Him until the last breath.
Be faithful by listening to and obeying God the Father’s holy will, and doing all things for the glory of God's name as Jesus Christ Himself did.
Today’s Word of God also teaches us that:
Whoever believes in the Only-Begotten Son of God who came into the world to become human, and obeys His teachings will be given eternal life.
The word of God that has been given will be fulfilled on those who ask Jesus Christ with absolute confidence in God the Father, and He will give grace to all who come and call on His Holy name.
Come to Jesus Christ for strength, for guidance on how to live to reach the Kingdom of Heaven.
That is the goal that people should aim for.
Especially through Jesus Christ, He will lead souls to God the Father.
As Jesus Christ taught, “Whoever comes to Me has eternal life.”
God's promises are true promises. He will give grace to all those who completely believe in the words of Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God who came into the world become human, to die and rise again to save the whole world.
